Vince Tesoro has been a dedicated professional in the water industry since 1979 and proudly founded Mechanical Solutions in 1995. He values the relationships built with customers over the years and takes pride in his long-standing career. Outside of work, Vince enjoys spending time at the beach, boating, and fishing. He is also deeply proud of being an American and has a strong love for his country.
With two decades of expertise in water purification, Brian Collins serves as the General Manager of Mechanical Solutions, bringing a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the team. Brian is passionate about the industry and is committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters and exploring the outdoors through camping and other activities.
With forty years of experience in water purification, David Crocker is Mechanical Solution’s Sales and Technical Representative for South Carolina and Georgia. A University of South Carolina graduate, David is based in Columbia, SC, and enjoys family, church, outdoor activities, carpentry, and USC Gamecock baseball.
Grant Tesoro is a valued member of the Mechanical Solutions team, specializing in commercial and medical reverse osmosis (RO) systems. With two years of experience at the company, Grant brings dedication and technical expertise to his role. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and staying active by running.
With 15 years of experience in residential water treatment, Brandon Kelly brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to the Mechanical Solutions team. As the primary technician for residential customers, Brandon leads service and installation efforts, ensuring homeowners receive reliable solutions and exceptional support. Outside of work, Brandon is passionate about the outdoors and especially enjoys fishing in his free time.
Originally from Florida, Brian relocated to North Carolina after six years of nationwide travel, bringing with him a diverse background in water quality management. His experience includes working at Sea World as part of a specialized team responsible for maintaining 24/365 water quality standards across a variety of animal exhibits, including both saltwater and freshwater habitats for species such as orcas, whales, penguins, and sea lions.
Now based in Reidsville, Brian is a state-licensed locksmith who dedicates his free time to supporting victims of domestic violence and other violent crimes by working to build an organization that will provide complimentary rekeying services, safety evaluations, and security upgrades to help individuals feel safer in their homes.
Diego is a dynamic water treatment specialist with extensive experience at Stream Filtration, where he has demonstrated expertise in reverse osmosis and wastewater management. Skilled in designing tailored water treatment systems and optimizing water quality, Diego consistently delivers effective solutions to meet diverse client needs. He is known for his ability to foster strong client relationships, excel in problem-solving, and lead teams toward operational excellence while ensuring compliance with industry safety standards.
Mason is the newest technician to join the MSI team, bringing valuable experience from his tenure at Purflow and his work in residential water treatment services. His expertise enhances the MSI family’s capabilities in delivering high-quality water solutions to our customers. Outside of work, Mason is passionate about martial arts and fishing, and is excited to welcome his new puppy, Oden, into his life.
Steve plays a crucial role in the Mechanical Solutions team, where he manages inventory and ensures materials are properly prepped and ready for upcoming services and installations. His dedication and attention to detail contribute significantly to the seamless operation of the company. Outside of work, Steve enjoys fast cars and is an avid fan of rock and roll music.
Jamie Brown has been an integral part of the Mechanical Solutions team for two years, managing customer service and overseeing daily office operations. Jamie is dedicated to supporting both clients and colleagues with professionalism and care. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys creating lasting memories with family, especially with her two amazing children.
Rebekah Culpepper oversees Purchasing and Accounts Payable at Mechanical Solutions, where she brings a detail-oriented approach and a commitment to supporting the team. With four years of experience at the company, Rebekah has become a valued member of the organization. Outside of work, Rebekah enjoys an active family life with her husband, two children, and two cats. She can often be found at the ball field or golf course, enthusiastically cheering on her children in their sports, or tending to her garden.
Amy Cecil is the newest member of the Mechanical Solutions team, where she manages accounts receivable with enthusiasm and a strong work ethic. Bringing over twenty years of experience in the accounting field, Amy is dedicated to ensuring accuracy and efficiency in her role. Outside the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three beloved dogs, making regular visits to the local dog park, and expressing her creativity through writing romance and mystery novels.
