**Twin alternating systems maintain service flow through only one of the vessels at a time. The unit held off line is in the "standby" mode.

Preventive Maintenance programs ensure continued trouble-free operation of your water treatment equipment.  We recommend annual visits for the cleaning and fine tuning of your equipment.

Annual chlorination of your well is necessary to prevent the growth of coliform bacteria.  When selling your home, a certified water analysis is required prior to closing. Mechanical Solutions, Inc., will arrange for this analysis and, if necessary, chlorinate your well to ensure bacteria-free water.
